Hello, I am John, 35 years old, living in the beautiful province of Ontario, Canada. My physical traits are strong athletic build, brown hair and eyes. My daily activities usually involve running, cycling, and swimming. I'm also quite a foodie and I love trying out new recipes. I'm sociable and love making new friends. Active lifestyles are a plus for me. Life is too short to sit around!

I love women who are adventurous, love the outdoors and share some of my interests in running, cycling, and swimming. I find it really attractive when they are passionate about cooking. I prefer someone sociable, who understands the importance of friends and family in one's life.

A perfect day for me would involve a long morning run, followed by a quick swim. Then cooking a healthy lunch together. In the evening, we could go cycling around the city, and finish off the day with a pleasant walk in the park.

I have been an active sportsperson since my school days. Being part of the swim and cycling team in college, I have participated in various marathons and love challenging my limits. Being a foodie, I also love exploring local cuisine of places I travel to and trying out those recipes at home.
